* Identify leads, clients and convert them into business
* Coordinate and liaise with team members and management for addressing client requirements / concerns, to ensure business.
* Be fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the company from time to time.
* Manage channel conflicts in the data flow to ensure no business loss.
* Achieve product wise targets & profitability.
* Understand the Client’s business in depth and seek opportunities for business development and revenue generation.
* Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of self and the product services to ensure that you are on track to achieve your goals.
Desired Candidate’s Profile
* Consistent and Persistent
* Good and effective Communication skills (English and Hindi proficiency is must).
* Any one regional language will be an added advantage.
* Soft spoken over the telephone
* Able to understand client’s requirements and provide suitable solutions.
* Graduates with minimum one year experience in sales will be preferred.
* Good grasping power about, products, services and deliverables.
Salary Package: Rs 20,000 p.m. (Including Incentives)
